We use 18K gold-filled / gold-plated fittings (incl. ear posts, hoops, hooks, charms, wires) for our pieces, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Gold-filled / gold-plated materials are generally long-lasting and have a high tarnish resistance. Notwithstanding that, the gold coating may still wear off due to wear and tear over time, especially without proper care.

To maximise the lifespan of your pieces:

1. Keep them away from chemical products, i.e. skincare products, salt water or chlorine, as they might have possible reactions with the metal pieces.

2. Avoid wearing them for your workouts or rigorous physical activity or chores.

3. Store unworn jewellery away from direct sunlight, moisture or heat.

4. To clean your jewellery, simply wash them under running water. You may use a soft-bristled brush to clean the dirt and grime gently. Dry them with a soft towel thereafter

We use Type A Jadeite (i.e. untreated Jadeite pieces in their own most natural form) for our jewellery pieces. Contrary to popular belief, jade will not change colour over time. The lustre of jade pieces may fade due to dirt or grime or prolonged exposure to strong chemicals.

To clean your jade pieces:

1. Use a damp cloth to wipe or wash the jade pieces lightly. Dry them with a soft towel thereafter.

2. For more intricate jade pieces with carvings, use a soft-bristled toothbrush to clean the crevices in between the carvings and fittings.
